Erin Bongo, Operations Rsearch Analyst for the MITRE Corporation in VA. She previously worked for General Dynamics Mission Systems as a Software Engineer for just under 2 years. Originally from NJ, Erin graduated from Dickinson College in 2018 with a degree in math and currently pursuing a master's degree in Operations Research from George Mason University. Kristi McCoy, Manufacturing Engineer in Microelectronics, at Northrop Grumman in Baltimore, Maryland. Kristi received her Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering at The University of Alabama in 2019 where she was president of the Society of Women Engineers. Kristi is currently working on her Master’s in Engineering Management at George Washington University. Gina DeOliveira, Mechanical Engineer/Co-Op - Gina is pursuing a Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s degree as a Co-Op student where she alternates between a semester of study with a semester of employment (internships/co-ops). She has been with General Dynamics Mission Systems, New Era Converting Machinery, and Bruker OST; all in NJ.  Gina is on the Varsity Softball team (NCAA Division III), while balancing her academic and work commitments. Olivia Liepa, Software Engineer, MITRE Corporation - Olivia has been with the MITRE Corporation since graduating from the University of Delaware in 2019.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. Katie McCoy, Civil Engineer/Utilities, Volker Inc. -  Katie focuses on water and wastewater systems design in Mobile, AL. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The U of Alabama and her Master's in Environmental Engineering from the U of South Alabama. Her first engineering job out of college was at a power company, designing power transmission lines. Winnie Chan, Software Development Engineer, Nokia.
