Erin Bongo, Operations Rsearch Analyst for the MITRE Corporation in VA. She previously worked for General Dynamics Mission Systems as a Software Engineer for just under 2 years. Originally from NJ, Erin graduated from Dickinson College in 2018 with a degree in math and currently pursuing a master's degree in Operations Research from George Mason University. In her spare time, Erin enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with family and working out.    

Kristi McCoy, Manufacturing Engineer in Microelectronics, at Northrop Grumman in Baltimore, Maryland. Kristi received her Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering at The University of Alabama in 2019 where she was president of the Society of Women Engineers. Kristi is currently working on her Master’s in Engineering Management at George Washington University. Her hobbies include traveling the world, spending quality time with friends and family, and hanging out with her Himalayan cat, Mister Lily!

Gina DeOliveira, Mechanical Engineer/Co-Op - Gina is pursuing a Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s degree as a Co-Op student where she alternates between a semester of study with a semester of employment (internships/co-ops). She has been with General Dynamics Mission Systems, New Era Converting Machinery, and Bruker OST; all in NJ.  Gina is on the Varsity Softball team (NCAA Division III), while balancing her academic and work commitments. In her free time she enjoys watching her favorite teams, the Jets and Mets!

Olivia Liepa, Software Engineer, MITRE Corporation - Olivia has been with the MITRE Corporation since graduating from the University of Delaware in 2019.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. When not working, she enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, and hanging out with her cat, Teaspoon.

Katie McCoy, Civil Engineer/Utilities, Volker Inc. -  Katie focuses on water and wastewater systems design in Mobile, AL. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The U of Alabama and her Master's in Environmental Engineering from the U of South Alabama. Her first engineering job out of college was at a power company, designing power transmission lines. Outside of work Katie enjoys attending concerts, spending time with family, and traveling. 

Winnie Chan, Software Development Engineer, Nokia. Winnie graduated in May from Cornell with a BS Electrical/ Computer Engineering and is pursuing a MS Computer Science from Johns Hopkins.  She is working in NJ but due to remote work, is staying with her family in San Francisco.  Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, playing tennis, and spending time with family.

Claire Kawoczka, Engineer, Turner Construction Company.  Claire has a BS in Civil Engineering and Management from Bucknell University and is studying for an MBA from Tepper School of Business.  She is the Construction Engineer working on a project renovating one of the original Model T Ford factories into research space for the University of Pittsburgh.  Married 3 months ago, her spare time is spent with her husband.
