Based on his half century dealing with EMI problems, Daryl Gerke (aka the EMIGURU) shares his TOP TEN list. Addressing all ten won’t prevent or solve all your EMI problems, but it will deal with many of the most common.

Biography:

Daryl Gerke, PE, is the surviving partner of Kimmel Gerke Associates, Ltd. Since 1987, Daryl and his late partner Bill Kimmel labored as full time EMC consultants, as they worked to identify/prevent/fix hundreds of EMI problems around the world. They also shared their knowledge and experience with over 12,000 students of their public and in-house EMC courses. For those interested in credentials, Daryl has a BSEE from the University of Nebraska, is a registered Professional Engineer, and is a NARTE Certified EMC Engineer. He resides in Phoenix AZ with his wife Mary and Sami the Shih Tzu mutt. He also claims to be older than dirt.
