IEEE COMSOC Lahore Chapter in collaboration with Al-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science UET Lahore organized the 14th International Conference on open source system and technologies ICOSST’ 2020 on 16-17 December, 2020. This year the ICOSST 2020 received international submissions came from the USA, Europe, Italy and Bulgaria, China, South Korea, Indonesia and the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Africa, Nigeria, South Africa, Bangladesh, and India.  The conference received 176 submissions and the technical committee of international experts selected 35 highest quality papers for publication which is less than 20% of the submitted lot making it a very highly selective conference. The event was organized virtually including the technical sessions, invited talks, and panel discussions. The virtual industrial exposition was also arranged in a 3d live virtual mode. The virtual exposition also has an option of live chat with the exhibitors. The keynote speakers of the ICOSST 2020 were Dr. Moazzam Khan (Watson for Cybersecurity Researcher (IBM) USA), Professor Claudio Gallicchio (University of Pisa, Italy) Dr. Abdul Waheed (Salesforce, United States), Dr. Melanie Rieback (Radically open security Amsterdam, Netherlands), Professor Oliver Hohlfeld (Brandenburg University of Technology, Germany), Dr. Giorgio Quer (Scripps Research Institute in San Diego, California USA), Mr. Sylar (Huawei AI Global Strategies), Dr. Junaid Qadir (Information Technology University, Lahore), Professor Ying Liu (Center for Image and Information Processing, Ministry of Public Security, China)

Almost 500 plus student, faculty members, industry members from all over the world joined the ICOSST 2020
