Biography:

Connie Kelly is an Electrical Engineer who got hooked on Engineering via Ham Radio.  With decades as a Biomedical Engineer, she has particiapted in numerous Medical Standards projects.  She later moved to Transportation Engineering with UIC/IDOT.  Connie has long been an advocate of early introduction to engineering.
