2021 IEEE EDS (Virtual) Fall School on Semiconductor Device Technology

We are excited to announce a two-day virtual event on semiconductor device technologies (October 25-26, 2021, EST).

This course is open to all, regardless of background, including students and professionals. We will be featuring talks from subject matter experts and technology leaders in the areas of electron devices, device physics, memory technology, packaging design, heterogeneous integration, compact modeling, reliability, electrical testing, and characterization.

The graduate student attendees will be invited to present 5-minute lightning talks focused on their research on the second day of the school.

All early bird registered attendees will receive a complimentary copy of the text book Guide to State-of-the-Art Electron Devices by J. Burghartz, and an IEEE EDS Certificate of Completion after the event, and lunch coupons for both days.
