For many, conversations with high profile movers and shakers are intimidating moments.  Phil Bautista and Terence Yeoh break down the process to draw out the story from leaders, and how others can get into the comfort zone of meeting, relating, and interviewing today's luminaries.

Biography:

Dr. Terence Yeoh is a technical consultant supporting various industries in the greater Washington DC area. Prior to this engagement, he was an integrated product team lead at Raytheon Technologies, coordinating the systems engineering needs for NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory space programs for over 30 engineers on multiple space programs. He currently holds nine patents in areas that include infrared microscopy, 3D surface reconstruction, compressive sensing, and artificial intelligence. Prior to Raytheon, he worked at The Aerospace Corporation where he held a variety of technical and leadership roles in areas of Research and Development, Program Management, and Corporate Offices.
He has a longstanding passion for developing systems to help individuals achieve their career goals. He co-founded the Aerospace TECTalk Intern Program which has been named one of WayUp’s top 100 intern programs in 2018 and 2019, and created Compact Mentoring, a way to quickly provide targeted advice to mentees.
He is a Senior member of the IEEE, and serves on the IEEE-USA Career and Professional Development Committee as an Innovator in Residence. In his free time, he publishes a YouTube leadership mentoring series called “YO on the GO” aimed at developing the next generation of leaders.
He has a Doctorate in Materials Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a Project Management Professional.
