Anthony Sebaaly of Robotics Surgical Systems

Biography:
Anthony Sebaaly is a Biomedical Engineer who graduated from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in 2018. He has almost four years of experience in the surgical robotics field, currently working as a surgical robotics application specialist for the MENA region at Robotics Surgical Systems, Dubai, UAE.
This year has been his seventh fruitful year as an IEEE volunteer. His volunteering experience began in 2014 as a member of the IEEE USEK Student Branch. Then, Anthony was nominated a program committee member for this Student Branch in 2016 and a chairperson in 2017, awarded Most Active Student Member from Lebanon Section. After that, he was elected a board member in the IEEE Young Professionals Lebanon team and the IEEE Lebanon Section Students Representative for 2019 - 2020. Besides, Anthony volunteered as IEEE Day Ambassador for three consecutive years (2017-2019)
Currently, Anthony is willing to give more to this community, being elected, for the upcoming two years, a Vice-President for the IEEE Young Professionals Lebanon team and an IEEE Lebanon Section Student Activities Officer.

Zeina Eddo of B-Yond, Novelus Group

Biography:
Zeina received her B.E. degree in communications engineering from the Holy Spirit University in Kasik in 2016. With over five years of experience in the field, Zeina currently fills the position of a mobile network engineer with Novelus based in Lebanon and B-Yond based in USA working for several international mobile operators on fulfilling their Core projects within the 4G, 5G and IoT mobile scenarios. In the early career years, Zeina focused on the Value Added Services and the Online/Offline Charging of the 3G and 4G networks at Alfa Telecommunications in Lebanon.
Her experience in research was in the early days of the 5G design with Telecom Mines Bretagne and together they published a paper in the IEEE Globecom Workshops in 2016 held in Washington DC.
In parallel to her career in the mobile networks, Zeina is pursuing her online studies in the field of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
Zeina has a long history with volunteering work, both humanitarian and professional. In 2014, she collaborated in founding the IEEE USEK Student Branch and chaired the branch until 2015. From 2016 to 2018 Zeina chaired the Young Professionals affinity group in Lebanon. During this period, two Memorandum of Understanding with Alfa and Ericsson were signed and the Alfa and Ericsson IoT award was held for three consecutive years. In the same period, the Student and Young Professionals Lebanon Congress (SYPLC) initiative saw the light and it has been a successful gathering of IEEE Lebanon members since then.
Her efforts in IEEE were awarded by the IEEE Lebanon Section as "The Most Active IEEE Student Member in Lebanon" in 2015 and The Most Active IEEE Young Professional in Lebanon" in 2016.
