Special International Event in Denver

In exchange for working two days, the volunteers will get free registration for the entire event. This includes all sessions, all food events (lunch, breaks, receptions, banquet), and online access to all recorded material. We do not provide housing for the event. 

Many of the volunteers will manage the Zoom access during sessions, so they will also be attending those sessions, and of course they can attend any other sessions when they are not on duty. In-person attendance gives the chance to meet and interact with other students, researchers, and employers. The conference also features 20+ exhibitors as well as other industry sponsors.

Please note the event is joint between many of the IEEE organizations including Computer, Communications, Signal Processing, Quantum, Electronic Devices, Electronic Packaging, Technical & Engineering Management, Photonics and Superconductivity.

If you have a keen interest in what is happening in this research field, this event is an excellent opportunity to meet some of the top researchers for the first time since Covid 19.
