Dr. Susan Goodwin Dr. Susan Goodwin

Biography:

Dr. Susan Goodwin of Jacksonville, FL and previously of metro Boston earned her PhD in Technology from Capitol Technology University, Maryland in 2020. She also holds a BS in Computer Science, an MS in Information Technology, and an MS in Cybersecurity, all from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.  She is currently pursuing her second PhD, in Space Cybersecurity, at CapTechU. She is a Senior Member of IEEE and of the Society of Women Engineers.

 

Dr. Goodwin is currently working as an Independent Cybersecurity Consultant / Subject Matter Expert and as a member of the Adjunct Faculty at CapTechU advising PhD students.  Dr. Goodwin's professional experience in information technology includes research, development, consulting, cybersecurity/information assurance, system administration, release engineering, documentation, quality assurance, risk management. She has worked in and supported information technology in various sectors, including financial, healthcare, government, military, and commercial.  She enjoys playing cello and flute in community music ensembles and engaging in STEM educational outreach through her professional organizations.

Angela Rittenbach Angela Rittenbach

Biography:

Angela Rittenbach is the President and CEO of Riverstone Solutions, Inc., an information management and security company located in Huntsville, AL. She founded the company in 2007 to assist commercial companies with Enterprise IT solutions including data management, secure cloud services and advanced analytics. During this time, Riverstone Solutions supported small businesses, mid sized companies and Fortune 500 customers.

In 2014, Riverstone Solutions expanded to offer professional IT, Software Engineering and Management Consulting services to Federal Government Agencies as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). In 2017, under Angela’s leadership, Riverstone was also certified as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) company.

Prior to founding Riverstone Solutions, Angela worked in various industry positions such as system, network and database administration, software engineering, system engineering, database development and program management. She gained experience working directly with entry level IT support personnel all the way up to corporate executives. It is this broad experience that makes Riverstone Solutions successful in supporting such a diverse customer base. Angela received her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Clemson University.

Angela is also the President and Founder of CyberReach.Org, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization headquartered in Huntsville, AL. Angela is a long-time advocate for Women in Technology and STEM programs. In March 2018, Angela had the opportunity to partner with other community leaders to form a non-profit organization to further that goal of STEM outreach and support. The mission of CyberReach is to Connect, Prepare and Grow a Qualified and Diverse Cyber Workforce.
