I would like to announce the IEEE Erie Section Picnic and invite students and any IEEE Erie members.

It's been a long time since we had our last picnic which was before pandemic. We are glad to get the opportunity to organize the picnic event again this year September 24th. This year the picnic will take place at the Presque Isle which is not very far from Erie downtown. It's in the lake Erie peninsula. We would like to see many happy faces enjoying the afternoon on that day. We have a few activities planned to make the event successful.

Please join the picnic, enjoy and have fun all together. It's the first picnic after pandemic, that's why we are going to keep it short (2pm to 6pm) and close to Erie. Depending on how successful we become we can take bigger steps to make our picnics more interesting, attractive, and all day long next time.

**Note: Those who are in need of transportation can contact Dr. Rahman, we will try to arrange transport facility for you from Gannon University Erie campus.
