  • General Event Guidelines
  •  Design and Content team should be notified at least 3 days prior to release date
  1. Release must be posted in the execom group beforehand to get feedbacks 
  2. Incase of any doubts , the design team can refer to the previous design team

 

  • Society event updates
  1. CS Society 

A talk on Artificial intelligence will be conducted on 11th april and a followup event on 13th April

Venue - SDPK hall

Requirements - Projector ( find alternatives for the inbuilt one as it is not working ) ( Whiteboard can also be used )

2 Volunteers are included in the event to assist the team and students

An external speaker will be conducting the  session 

The followup event is about Chatgpt and prompt engines

The registrations for the  follow up event will give priority to the attendees of the first one ( forms will be released in the participants group)

               2 SPS Society 

                   A Workshop on MS EXCEL will be conducted on 12th April

                 Event is conducted by company

                 Venue-SDPK hall

                  Requirements - Projector

63 participants 

                2-3 volunteers with basic knowledge in MS EXCEL is included in the    team

                  

  1. IAS society 

                  A podcast is being set up this week and a basic electronics workshop                 

will be conducted( Still in ideation phase)

  1. EMBS

                Planning a research paper reading and understanding talk session 

              Venue,time and mode of event is not finalized yet.

               5 WIE

 Planning to conduct Delineate 2.0 in the month of June possibly on                      2nd or 3rd June  

                  Collab fest with TKM (ONLINE0

               6 RAS

            Robotics event is pushed to June and an alternative Arduino workshop     will be conducted

              

 

  • GENERAL DISCUSSIONS
  • Lack of volunteers for Content and design team was addressed
  • New publicity ideas will be implemented to solve this
  • Posters of the winners in the previous  IEEE  LINK events will be released shortly
  • Brainstorming ideas for empneo 6.0 and intercollege event
  • A sheet will be posted in the group to add ideas
  • Game development ,AI art creation , drone expo  Brain roboticS and Summer schools were the top ideas presented
  • Funding for the mentioned events were also discussed
  • Intercollege event should have inputs from everyone



  • Connection with companies like TCS was also discussed to boost funding, publicity etc.
  • There will not be any more events this month

 

  

 

Conclusion: 

  • Inputs for Empneo and Inter college fest must be given
  • Coordinating work with design and Content team is necessary
