Project EXPO-2K23
The Department of Civil Engineering, Vardhaman College of Engineering (VCE) organized
the Project Expo-2K23 as an exhibition of the innovative projects designed by our B. Tech final
year students on 11-04-2023 (Tuesday).
The Project Expo attracted visitors, faculty, and students from all departments across the
institution, where our Final Year students showcased their Major Project works as outcomes of
experimental and simulation-based projects from different Civil Engineering domains such as
Structural, Geotechnical, Transportation, Environmental, and Water Resources Engineering.
The event was Organized by Department of Civil Engineering in collaboration with IEEE-GRSS, VHub, ISTE, ICI and ACI Student Chapters.
A total of 63 students participated in Project Expo-2K23, displaying 22 projects and prototypes
focused on real-world problems in the areas of Civil Engineering: Structural Engineering,
Geotechnical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water
Resources Engineering and RS&GIS.
The jury appreciated the final year students, and insisted the students to show their technical
knowledge in software and hardware (Prototype), presentation skills, creativity, scope for
further enhancement and promotion of interdisciplinary projects. The jury unanimously
decided the best 3 projects. Appreciation Certificates and Amazon vouchers were given to the
Top-3 Batches, while all batches received Participation Certificates.
