IEEE WIE Tech & Leadership Connect
The IEEE WIE Tech & Leadership Connect at Symbiosis, organised as part of IEEE Day 2025 celebrations, aims to empower women in engineering through technology-driven learning, mentorship, and leadership development.
This event will bring together students, young professionals, and industry leaders to exchange knowledge on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing while emphasising inclusive leadership practices.
The program will feature:

Keynote Talks by women leaders in technology and academia.

A hands-on technical workshop on AI for Social Good, enabling participants to explore practical applications of technology for healthcare, education, and sustainability.

MentorHer Networking is a speed mentoring session connecting students with IEEE leaders, researchers, and industry professionals.

An IEEE Day celebration, promoting the spirit of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
Through this initiative, the Symbiosis IEEE WIE community will strengthen its role in fostering diverse leadership, technical excellence, and empowerment for women in STEM, aligned with IEEE's mission of Leveraging Technology for a Better Tomorrow.
