A leadership development and reflection session organized to strengthen accountability, strategic planning, and effective leadership within the IEEE NAU Student Branch. The program focused on goal setting, KPI evaluation, volunteerism, reporting, teamwork, and sustaining momentum toward the successful completion of the administrative session. The session also featured contributions from speakers within the IEEE Southeast Subsection and professionals from the USA.
