PCBs and Pizza
PCBs (printable circuit boards) are circuit boards specifically manufactured to complete one set of electrical tasks and are designed fully in software. EAGLE is the CAD PCB design software that allows for easy placing of specific electrical components, wiring the components together, and export for manufacturing. IEEE's workshop will teach all students how to create two boards that act as remote controllers for two DC motors. This workshop will also have a follow-up workshop to teach students how to solder these components, with every student able to keep their working remote controllers! This will take place on Wednesday, November 1st, at 5:45 p.m. in EGR 201. See you there!
