Agenda:
- Visit each section to introduce the IEEE Student Ambassador Program
- Select one student from each section as a representative
- Promote IEEE student membership
Purpose:
- To create a communication link between IEEE Chapter and all class sections
- To increase awareness about IEEE activities and benefits
- To involve ambassadors in suggesting suitable dates and times for future events
IEEE MTT-S committee members visited classrooms to advertise the benefits of IEEE membership and introduce the Student Ambassador initiative. One student from each section was nominated as an ambassador to support chapter activities and act as a bridge between students and the committee.
