ONLINE MEETING-IEEE CS CHAPTER
The meeting addressed several key organizational updates and upcoming activities. The current webmaster has been officially dismissed and the Student Branch (SB) will temporarily manage webmaster responsibilities until the new board assumes office. During this transition, support will be provided by Emna and the newly elected SB webmaster, Mohamed Ali Basti. A new Coordinator position was also introduced to streamline communication and coordination across internal teams, the SB and external partners. Mohamed Adem Gasri was officially appointed as the Coordinator. The team began structuring an activity calendar to track all upcoming events and deadlines, including the Info Sessions, Bootcamp and IEEEXtreme. Important dates were noted: adding new members to the Facebook group on September 30, a potential IEEEXtreme Info Session on October 1 and the CSTAM Info Session on October 2. The Bootcamp, consisting of four sessions with a 10 DT participation fee, is set to begin this Saturday, with collaboration from GDG for certification prep. Several forms and documents were outlined for preparation, including those for Bootcamp registration, TSYP Challenge, CODE A KIDS, CSTAM workshops, technical challenges and a payment tracking sheet. Additional dates to confirm include those for the November event, IEEEXtreme registration and start, as well as the AG and Integration Day. Lastly, a post will be published to announce the appointment of the new coordinator.
