Soldering Workshop
Join IEEE & HKN for a hands-on Soldering Workshop on March 26th at 7 PM. This beginner-friendly session will cover the basics of soldering, so no prior experience is needed. Whether you are an engineering student, a hobbyist, or just curious to learn a new technical skill, all majors are welcome. Attendees will get the chance to practice soldering techniques and learn in a welcoming, supportive environment. A limited number of free kits will also be available, so be sure to come early. Agenda
Participants will be introduced to the basics of soldering through a mix of instruction, demonstration, and guided practice. The session will begin with a welcome and safety overview, followed by an introduction to tools and core soldering techniques. After a live demonstration, attendees will spend the majority of the workshop practicing hands-on skills with help from IEEE and HKN members. The event will conclude with a short Q&A, cleanup, and information about future workshops and organization involvement.
