The IEEE Hawai‘i Women in Engineering (WIE) Executive Committee (ExCom) is the leadership team responsible for guiding the vision, planning, and activities of the WIE Affinity Group within the IEEE Hawai‘i Section. Composed of dedicated volunteers, the ExCom organizes professional development events, outreach initiatives, and community-building programs that support and empower women in engineering and technology across Hawai‘i, while fostering collaboration, mentorship, and inclusive growth within the engineering community.
