 The regular monthly executive  committtee meeting was held on April 9th.

Present: Maureen, Mickey, Karl, Ken, and Larry

Treasurer's Report - we have a balance of @$3.3K.

Action items:

1. We're ready for the April 22 meeting - order off menu, 12 registered as of now 
2. Larry to leave current vTools event as is, and plan to add Zoom links to all future meetings and designate them as hybrid 
3. Mickey and Ken to do a dry run this week as Mickey won't be present April  
4. Mickey and Maureen to look for speakers for July 15 - How to Use AI Safely & Effectively, budget max $500

vTools: Larry to file these brief notes for our meeting in vTools with meeting update so that we're on the record for these meetings.

Chapter Meeting ideas: 

1. July 15 - How to Use AI Safely & Effectively - Maureen to work with Roger Doering to design and set up the 1^st of 3 likely meetings on AI [subject to tuning]:
