- Funding for the chapter
- Currently we sit on ~$20 given $480 of our annual $500 is allocated to annual banquet
- Phoenix Section suggested chapters find a sponsor, not sure how feasible that is
- @Negin to contact Aseem to see how they finance EMBS Boston – they appear to have impressively sized events
- SEMI Medtech x semiconductor conference in September – @Negin to ask Thierry whether section is willing to sponsor
- Webinars
- Mobashir delivered our latest webinar (Wearable Sensors and AI Algorithms for Monitoring Chronic and Infectious Diseases) on March 25, 2026, followed by in-person tech talk by Vishnu on April 9, 2026 (Wrist-Centric AI for Personalized Medication Adherence and Human Activity Recognition in Digital Health)
- @Krishna had previously volunteered for webinar in Jun/Jul – please confirm you are still willing and able, otherwise @Anil can deliver webinar on SW reliability. To decide ASAP so we can get up on vTools and advertise ASAP
- Other potential free/low-cost summer activities besides webinars
- Low key networking event – virtual?
