Bhaskara Raju Rallabandi is a technology innovator, engineering leader, and entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience in wireless communications, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI-driven network systems. He is the Co-Founder and CTO of Invences Inc., an IEEE Senior Member, BCS Fellow, IETE Fellow, and recipient of the IEEE-USA Entrepreneur Achievement Award for Leadership in Entrepreneurial Spirit. Bhaskara previously held senior technical leadership roles at AT&T, Verizon, and Samsung, leading large-scale programs across 4G LTE, 5G, Open RAN, cloud-native platforms, AI-native infrastructure, and emerging 6G systems. He has contributed extensively to mission-critical communications, enterprise connectivity, AI-RAN, digital twins, autonomous infrastructure, and next-generation telecom architectures.
Bhaskara is the author of 50+ IEEE and international conference publications, holds multiple patents in AI-driven orchestration and telecommunications systems, and has written books on autonomous networks and AI-native infrastructure. A frequent keynote speaker and contributor to IEEE Future Networks, AI-RAN, O-RAN, and global industry forums, he is deeply committed to education, mentorship, digital inclusion, and initiatives focused on connecting underserved and rural communities through advanced connectivity and intelligent infrastructure platforms.
