Talk program was held at Seminar Hall Central Department of Physics, Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur Kathmandu Nepal on 14th March 2014. In this talk 88 including students, IEEE/Nepal chapter members and professors were present. Treasurer of the EDS/IEEE Nepal chapter Dr. Sanju Shrestha welcomed at first by introducing IEEE organization, its chapters, activities and its role in advancing technologies before the talk. The speaker of talk was Dr. Raju Khanal, Associate Professor of Tribhuvan University.
