As it goes by the name of the event, Meticulousity , means hard working, multi-tasking and steps towards being a diligent personality. IEEE student branch, IEEE/Power And Energy Society (PES), MJCET organized an event named Meticulosity on 6th of September 2014 in EED Seminar Hall, MJCET. The main purpose of this seminar was to nurture the student into better engineer by adding essential ingredients in a dish of professional life that is, time management. The event was specially designed for all those inquisitive about being efficient in Time Management and perplexed about what to follow up with during and after their Engineering. The main motto of the event was "How to balance between academics and extra-curricular activities" .
* The event started with the lecture of main speaker Syed Luqman ali Hussaini who is a Personality development trainer working for various organizations in twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and is serving as an assistant professor in Amjad Ali khan college of Business administration, SUES, Hyderabad.
He being a professional and vociferous speaker motivated the student with his thought provoking words and with strategies which he shared on time management. He stressed on some notes like how to handle pressure and redeem success in the life. He first made the audience learn about how to achieve success and explained about the role of an engineer, their contribution towards the society and emphasized on to put all the arduous efforts in advancing technology for humanity.
* The second part of the seminar was conducted by Shibashsish Banerjee who is an IT analyst at IBM. He from the start, set on a blaze that stayed with audience till the end. His best part was when he shared his own experience and created a motivating thought in the minds of audience that "Nothing is impossible". He said that everyone has a will power and Everyone Can Do it, they can achieve whatever they want to achieve.
He repeated Jack Canfield’s words "If u really want to be successful and I know you do then u have to give up blaming and complaining and take total responsibility of your life-that means all your results, both your successes and failures. That is prerequisite for successful life".
Explaining the value of time, every second, even a millisecond is important he gave perfect examples through his presentation and showed a motivating video which moved every single person present in the hall.
By the end of seminar the spirits of the audience present were held up and everyone was braced up for setting new goals. Success of seminar was clearly depicted from the eyes of audience, as a new ardor was developed which can help them in transforming them into meticulous engineers who can serve for humanity.

Mr Syed Ali Luqman Hussaini of Syed Ali Luqman Hussaini is currently working as an Assistant professor at Amjad Ali Khan College of Business Administration and Management, SUES,Hyderabad. He is a trainer par excellence who makes the trainees take home what they have come to learn. He is an expert in behavior related and performance related trainings. He is certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner from school of excellence certified by American Board of NLP (ABNLP) and International Hypnosis Association (IHA). Having done these certifications he aligns the training programmes with basic psychology of the trainees and help them acquire needed motivation to work, to grow and to develop a positive mental attitude (PMA) towards their personal and professional lives.

Mr Shibashish Banerji of Mr. Shibashish Banerjee is currently working as an incident analyst, server operations and delivery at IBM. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Muffakham Jah College of engineering and technology, Banjara hills. He also worked as a chairman of Institute of Engineers-India IE(I) Student Branch, MJCET. Mr shibashish is one such product that MJCET has produced, who is creating new heights in the field of Information Technology.
