[Legacy Report] Iterative method of impulse noise removing from digital images

A new iterative average filtering method for removing random-valued impulsive noise from digital images was presented. It can be used for grayscale and color images. Filtering results for standard test images and comparisons with other denoising methods were presented. Quite good results especially for strongly corrupted images were obtained.
