Editorial Board of the Electronic Horizon Journal. The journal was supported technically by the IEEE during the year 2014, and four issues per annum are regularly printed with the cooperation of IEEE members according to the IEEE general rules. The majority of the editorial-board members are IEEE members. Nowadays, the editorial board is preparing all the necessary materials for the journal to be included in Scopus database. For this reason, Josef Dobes (a member of the editorial board) took place in a special meeting arranged by Elsevier on November 18, 2014 at Charles University. After that, on November 19, 2014, the meeting of the editorial board took place at the Czech Technical University in Prague. The meeting was devoted to applying the Elsevier rules to the journal regular operation (ethic rules, web forms, review process, etc.) with the intention accepting the journal for Scopus during the year 2015.
