Agenda

1.Proposals on Humanitarian projects are invited from all the members and there was no response.

2.Usharama College of Engineering, Telaprolu, Near Gannavaram, Krishna Distrct proposed to conduct a workshop on ‘Recent trends in applications of Power Electronics in Power Systems and Machines’. The workshop chair is Dr.G.S.K.V.Prasad, M.Tech. (IITB), Ph.D. (NITW), FIE, MISTE, MIEEE, Principal, Usha Rama College of Engineering & Technology and the proposed dates are 16th June or 7th July 2012. This proposal was discussed and approved to support if it meets all the requirements. (Action: Dr. S. Lakshminarayana)

3.Applications for formation of new chapters CI and WIE were examined and they are not completed. Hence, the committee suggested to fulfill all the norms of IEEE (Action: Prof. V. Vallikumari)

4.A proposal to conduct one DL at Aditya college of Engineering, Kakinada was initiated and the committee approved with out any financial burden to the Vizagbay Subsection.
