The following are the proceedings of this administrative meeting.
Dr. Lakshminarayana mentioned the details of the programmes conducted in this year and the future programmes planned. It is also proposed to plan for an international conference at Visakhapatnam in association with a network of engineering colleges (GITAM, Gayatri, MVGR, JNTU and ANITS). Dr Lakshminarayana also mentioned that in the composition of various committees should be from all these institutions.
Prof Lakshmiprasad promised all the infrastructure and other facilities of GITAM will be given for such conference, if due notice was given. Members thanked Prof Lakshmiprasad for his gesture.

All the members agreed in principle to initiate such a conference.
Dr. Amit suggested to bid for a standard IEEE conference for 2016 so that the ground work will be minimal and easy for the process of approval.
Sri Sriram mentioned various advantages in case of conference held in networking of few institutions. Sri Sriram also mentioned that such conference will give more output after the conference.

Few members asked for clarifications on the proposal for the events and Prof Vijayalata clarified all the issues to the members.
Dr. Vijayalata also mentioned to promote Membership drive in colleges in coming months and the committee suggested that an action plan may be prepared by Dr TSN Murty for implementation.
