[Legacy Report] Meeting of IEEE Vizag Bay Sub Section held on 16th November 2015
Venue: Officers' Club, Pandurangapuram, Visakhapatnam
The following are present:

7. S. Sudarsan, Chair IEEE Student Branch GVP,
8. Two Executive members of IEEE Student Branch of GVP.
9. Network Student co-ordinators Two Members
10. Around 10 Student volunteers from GVP, MVGR.
Dr. S. Lakshminarayana in his opening remarks mentioned the developments and other forth coming events in this sub section.
Dr. Deepika Rani, Professor GVP College of Engineering (A) the co-ordinator for the IEEE Vizag Bay Sub Section Student Zonal Congress mentioned the progress of the Zonal Congress activities and following are the itemized agenda.
1. Dr. Deepika Rani, Dr. Satheesh, Dr. T.S.N. Murty and Dr. T. Srinivasa Rao will co-ordinate the entire programme and the volunteers from GVP and other institutions will meet in a day or two for a detailed discussion and sharing of the activities. (Action: Dr. Satheesh)
2. Regarding the poster, few suggestions were given by Dr. Satheesh and poster will be modified in a day (Action: Dr. Deepika Rani)
3. Registrations: Even though the online registrations are encouraged, members recommended accepting registrations on the event day. (On Spot registrations)
4. Speakers: Few keynote speakers are identified and Dr. Deepika Rani is in contact with these distinguished people. However, confirmations are yet to receive. Hence the committee felt that the detailed programme will be available by 22-11-15. (Action: Dr. Deepika Rani)
5. Food and other arrangements: Dr. Balasubrahmanyam garu mentioned that there is a very good catering facility in the host institution and the committee recommended and requested Dr. Balasubrahmanyam garu and his team to kindly help in this activity.
