Biography: Carlos Bittner is the Reinhausen Area Manager for the East Coast. Specializing in on Load tap changer and its peripheral system. He studied mechanical engineering at the Chilean-German Technical School in Santiago, Chile. . Carlos joined the MR Group in January 2000 as Technical Sales Manager for Reinhausen Manufacturing, Inc. based in Humboldt, TN. Since 2009 he is the Reinhausen responsible for the North East US for both OEM and Utility customers in the areas of Tap changer Application, Maintenance and Asset Management.

The seminar fee includes lunch, refreshments and handouts. Non-members joining IEEE within 30 days of the seminar will be rebated 50% of the IEEE registration charge.

Four hours of instruction will be provided. If desired, IEEE Continuing Education Units (0.4 CEUs) will be offered for this course - a small fee of $45 will be required for processing.
