[Legacy Report] 2015 IEEE CIS Winter School on Computational Intelligence

 The School is a joint initiative by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society and IEEE UP Section CIS CHAPTER meant for awareness of the problem solving abilities of CI tools and techniques. The school will discuss the state of the art, challenges, applications and unsolved open problems in CI, and also provide forum to interact with researchers in this area.
