The program aims to give the students of the SR Engineering college an understanding of the concept of competence and how this is critical to good performance by the studdents.
The program aimed at delivering the concepts related to competence. Thre were two other workshop sessions - 1 on how to use MS Office and deliver documents effectively. The second was on how a diesel generator is assembled.
