[Legacy Report] MEELO EVARU KOTEESWARUDU
IEEE GRIET SB Women In Engineering Affinity Group in association with GokarajuRangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology, has taken up a voluntary activity of participating as the audience of a Telugu reality show called “MeeloEvaru Koteeswarudu”, which is the Telugu version of the very famous “KaunBanega Crorepati” and “Who wants to be a millionaire”. The show is hosted byMr.Akkineni Nagarjuna, an eminent actor in the Telugu Film Industry.
The show presently is running its third season and is one of the most viewedreality shows in Telugu channels.Visit to the show as the audience provided a great opportunity to the students as they could see live making of the show and could also put their brains to test. Thestudents had to answer few questions for the audience poll questions, which wasa test for their general knowledge and intelligence.
Mid day, during the lunch hour, the students got an opportunity to interact withthe contestants of the show and shared few good moments by knowing theirjourney so far in reaching to the hot seat as the contestants. They also got anopportunity to meet, interact and click pictures with Tollywood’s famous actorand the host of the show, Mr. Akkineni Nagarjuna.
Towards the end of the day, all the participants were presented with acustomized mug of the show as a souvenir. It was a good fun-filled learningexperience to the students. The day ended on a happy note.
