The Summit started with Mr. Pat Casey, Senior vice president of Service Now delivering a keynote address of ServiceNow Platforms, Overview, Future and Opportunities. He stressed the organizations plans and goals from the upcoming year. Next Mr. Nirupam Biswas, Sr. Engineer gave a Hands on demonstration on Application Development using ServiceNow Platforms. He also gave an introduction on Angular JS. Mr. Pavan Mohan next gave an introduction of Security and its needs in the application platform. He outlined the need and demonstrated few very unique threats and solutions. Next there was a hands on development course in Geneva Platform of ServiceNow by Mr. Prashanth Parbhane.

The session concluded with a Tea retreat and collection of token mugs from the IEEE Computer Society Stall.
