[Legacy Report] IDEATE
It is a student community in which a person or a group take up a responsibility as a trainer, supports a learner in achieving a specific personal or professional goal. The learning process comes by sharing of knowledge and ideas, and thus we provide a platform for everyone to explore on different things around us in our day to day life. Occasionally, it may mean an informal relationship between two or more number of individuals, where everyone has more experience and expertise than the other and offers advice and guidance as the latter learns; also here in focusing on specific tasks or objectives for overall development. This evolution has been influencing many fields of interest, study, various facts and ideology including personal development, soft skills, one 's potential for overcoming one's fear, to project his hidden potentials and leadership skills. It has been developing into a more independent discipline and professional gathering to improvise their association with IEEE.
