The meeting was organized within the International Conference APPEL 2016, where technical sponsoring of IA34/IE13 as well as IEEE CS Section was provided.
The agenda included:
1. Opening of meeting
2. Discussion about the activities of joint chapter for past year 2015/2016
3. Discussion about activity plan for upcoming academic year and discussion about chapter sustainbility
4. Executive board and new elections for position have been discussed as well.

The meeting was organized by the chapter chair - Michal Frivaldsky, who was presenting current status of the joint chapter, and was asking about more activities from several members.
