[Legacy Report] IEEE Day Celebration
The IEEE Student Branch (STB1027) headed by ‘Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering’ Kashi Institute of Technology, Varanasi, celebrated IEEE day on 4th October by organizing Quiz Contest and Expert lecture on "CFL and Its impact on Power Quality" by Dr. K. K. Mishra, Professor/Director Kashi Institute of Technology, Varanasi. Dr K. K. Mishra had described the details of CFL and other nonlinear electrical appliances which pollute Quality of power and Power quality improvement techniques through theoretical and experimental results. We had also conducted a GATE Mock Test for all Electrical and Electronics Engineering students on the same platform. At the end of program prize and certificate distribution to winners of Quiz and GATE Mock Test had done under the banner of IEEE UP Section, India.
Finally I would like to congratulate the students of all discipline in Kashi Institute of Technology for participating in Quiz, Gate Mock Test and witnessing such a relevant Expert lecture and enroll abounding things from such expertise.
