Initiating and Conducting an IEEE Conference (Organized by IEEE Hyderabad Section)

An IEEE conference has high quality technical lectures, tutorials, speakers and eager participants. Now IEEE Hyderabad Section through this workshop on “Organizing and Managing an IEEE Conference” invites organizers to know about the activity of a successful organization. This event is comprised of seminars, focused sessions with plenty of opportunity for participants to exchange ideas, success stories and challenges with other IEEE Conference co-orgainzers. This one Day workshop will provide Networking opportunity with the experienced Conference Organizers. After this workshop it is aimed that an attendee will walk away with basic conference business framework and know where to go to get answers related to IEEE Conferences.


Registration Fee

IEEE Members: INR 1500
Non IEEE Members: INR 2500

The Registration fee includes the Workshop kit, Lunch and High tea during the workshop.

Following Sponsorship options are available

Academic Partner: INR 20,000
Industrial Partner: INR 25,000

Sponsors will receive 2 complementary Registration passes to this programme. The flyer/Broachers of partners will be inserted in the conference materials and the logo will be printed at the backdrop.


Respective fees shall be sent in the form of Demand draft. DDs shall be drawn in favor of “IEEE Hyderabad Section”, payable at Hyderabad and shall be sent to IEEE Hyderabad Section, 644 Al Karim Trade Centre, Ranigunj, Secunderabad 500 003, India.

Travel Support

Limited Travel support is available for outstation attendees. For applying send an email mentioning your IEEE Membership Number, Name, Affiliation and past experience in IEEE activities.
