Abstract: Bio-mass is a renewable and environment-friendly energy source, and straw is one of the common bio-mass, it has huge production and takes a promising future for power generation, if only its supply relations are stabilized. By modeling and analyzing supply chain of straw power plant of China, we try to find if there are any methods to keep the supply chain stable and sustainable. First we divide the straw power generation supply chain into three parts, that is power plant, brokers and farmers, and then get the profit function of each part, next get the optimal decision-makings models of three participants based on sequential decision-making, finally, taking fair concern into consideration, we digger into the supply chain model, and discuss profit changes. This study disclosed cooperation rules in the straw power generation supply chain, and provided basis for enterprise decision making, as well as government regulation, so as to establish a long-term and cooperative relationship among different parts in the straw supply chain.
