The objective of the training program is bring about Personality Development with regards to the different behavioral dimensions that have far reaching significance for the participants. The event was divided into two sections:

A) Digital Skills: 

The present day professionals are to escort their work & personal life in this time of rapid changeand ever-evolving digital technologies. It is imperative for them to embrace innovative shifts by incorporating emerging digital technologies to enhance their own professional practice, as well as strengthen communications, collaborative efforts, and their learning outcomes in their personal life as well. B) Communication Skills: 

In this program, Mr. Prasad Koka will bring the challenge and quite concretely equip teachers/students with the tools, knowledge, and skills to effectively coach and assess communication. And because communication is such a broad topic, he will focus on the topic of oral communication.
