[Legacy Report] Flexible Transparent Conducting Film Using Single Wall Carbon Nano Tube
A talk program on “Flexible Transparent Conducting Film Using Single Wall Carbon Nano Tube” is organized by EDS Nepal Chapter on 7th March, 2017 in Goldengate Int’l College, Battisputali, Kathmandu. The total participants of the Program were 91 which were IEEE members, Physicists, and students. Among the participants, 79 were master students of Physics, 5 IEEE members and 7 others.
The talk was delivered by Prof. Dr. Shankar Prasad Shrestha, Patan Multiple Campus, Patan, Lalitpur. According to him, the transparent conducting film was prepared by spray/spin coating of single wall carbon nanotube on flexible plastic substrate. They studied the effect of dispersion temperature, microwave and light treatment on electrical and optical properties of the film. They optimized dispersion temperature, microwave and light treatment time for better electrical and optical properties of the film.
