[Legacy Report] A contemporary look at directional hearing examination methods

Experiments on hearing directionality are carried out for more than 100 years. With the development of research equipment, new procedures of work with patient have arisen. Two ways of proceedings were implemented. Spatial discrimination tests and absolute sound localization tests. Second proceeding required new quantities to show the results of testing. This presentation explains intricate aspects of directional hearing test methods.
