[Legacy Report] Automatic vision quality enhancement of CCTV data

This work is focused on two significant issues: image denoising that uses fast and uncomplicated methods and local contrast enhancement. The author proposed two efficient methods for these purposes. First is dedicated for impulsive and mixed Gaussian noise removing, second is dedicated for better detail visibility using local dynamic range increasement. High effectiveness of these methods was confirmed in experiments that shows the noticeable higher quality and much larger detail of the achieved images processed by the proposed methods than processed by other methods or unprocessed.
