Prof. Kazuya Yoshida from Tohoku University introduced the past and recent activities on robotics and space engineering in their research group. He highlighted the university-based microsatellite development with results, and the topics around mobile robots for exploration of extreme environments such as terrestrial volcanos, the surface of Moon and beyond.
