[Legacy Report] One day SILVACO TCAD training

 IEEE EDS Delhi Chapter and Department of Instrumentation (Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women) organised one day training  on SILVACO TCAD. The resource people were from Cognitive Design Technology Pvt Ltd, Bangalore.  The hands on sessions on the following SILVACO tools were conducted:

(1)    ATHENA process simulation-  Gate Oxidation, Performing ion implantation, Source/drain implant, Melallization, Extracting device parameters 

(2)    ATLAS device simulation 

(3) Quantum

(4) Noise

(5) Luminous

(6) DEVEDIT
