[Legacy Report] Carpediem fest -IEEE CBIT(STB31231)
Carpediem is a biannual techno managerial cultural fest of CBIT and MGIT. It was conducted on 23-24th of March 2017. various techinal competions were conducted during that period in collaboration with the technical team of carpediem CBIT. The following are the list of competitions held during the same.

Many students from different colleges participated in the paper presentation who prepared and deliverd succeful papers that communicated their work effectively.
Robo maze, robo race and robo soccer brought in much enthusiasm for the participants as well as the oraginsers. In robo race the participants were given an arena where they had to complete the race within a few minutes, robo maze is one of the games that are very interesting.participants get to solve a maze using their robots within a specified time. Last but not the least robo soccer,an eye feast to the soccer fans. In the game,the participants had to make a goal,by hitting the ball into the nets with their robots. Few participants brought their own robots. A very good competive spirit was observed among the participants. Along with these coding and decoding competions such as codekrypt were held which got a good response from students of different branches.
An Artificial intelligence enabled smart robot mitra was exhibited by Invento Maker Space of Bangalore has astonished the gathering.
Students from different colleges participated with much enthusiasm. Winners were given merit certificates and gift coupons.
