As we have seen the drastic change of environments surrounding working people, it is expected to develop a mechanism to apply the knowledge, experience, and skills of individual workers to their career. In this lecture, the goal setting as a career advisor, the usage of valuable resources, and a career workshop as a tool to encourage students to participate in the lecture or to take counsel with interest are introduced. The way-findings of how to work or live in your own way are also discussed.
