PEHEL has conducted by UPES IEEE student Branch and it was a social activity. We believe the best way of spreading happiness is by donating something which may be not even useful to you, but could be a necessity for someone else

UPES IEEE Student branch recently conducted the Donation Drive termed as’ PEHEL’ on 5 th of November 2017, which was a huge success as it was able to reach masses. It was the generosity of many people that brought the initiative to fruition. Members of IEEE visited the Rajkiya Purva Madhyamik Vidyalaya,RPMV shelter home,Dehradun and donated the collected materials include clothes, stationary etc Talking to those kids , one realises how hard life can be. Living in unrecognised areas, these kids try to outshine. Every dream is valuable and nothing is more satisfying than helping someone achieve theirs. A life lived for others is the only worth living. Happiness never decreases by being shared, so everyone must do their bit!. UPES IEEE student branch counselor Mr. Deepak kumar and IEEE student members went to Rajkiya Purva Madhyamik Vidyalaya shelter home ,Dehradun for the completion of Donation Drive.

Agenda

To help those children which belong to underprivileged class and unable to get facilities required during the education life. UPES IEEE student chapter believes that there is nothing more beautiful than smiling and making others smile. Even if we are not feeling over-the-moon happy, just elevating the cheeks and stretching the corners of the mouths uplift the mood.

This event also reflects the development of moral values and ethics in the students which is neccessary to the society betterment. In last it has to say "No one has become poor by giving ,It's not how much you give but how much love you put into giving"
