The IEEE UP Section Annual General Body Meeting for year 2013 is scheduled
to be held as per following details:

Location: ACES 214 (Conference Room)
Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Kanpur

The main Agenda of the meeting is as follows:

1. Ratification of previous AGM minutes
2. Ratification of previous executive body meeting
3. Activity report by Secretary
4. Financial report by Treasurer
5. Handing over charge to new slate of office bearers
6. Any other item

All members of the IEEE UP Section are invited.

I would highly appreciate, if office bearers of all sub-sections and
chapters send us a brief summary of their activities during the year 2012.
