- Special appreciations were given to Industrial Relations volunteers: Muhammed Nihal KP, Swathi Hameed, Arjun Prakash, Mohammed Risal and the Design team volunteers: Hisham CV, Vishal Ravikumar, Afnan Nazer, Shahabas KT, and Sidharth Pattathari.
- The nomination committee chair Prof. (Dr.) Mohandas KP presented the slate of new office bearers for the year 2018. He declared, as the current office bearers were in office for one year only and hence they shall continue for one more year.
